more detail-intel pentium 1.8.Ghz single core cpu, asus p4v800d-X motherboard....soo i didn't increase multiplier from 18x to bigger number beccouse i can't find it and i only did increase core clock krom 100mhz to 107 i think....HOW TO CLOCK IT MORE TO AT LEAST 2.3Ghz?????i'm new at this oc-ing thing....

That is a decent boost for such a dated chip.

From what I have poked around the FSB that you have already modified is the only way to increase the clock on these. I saw numbers as high as 140Mhz which would get you 2.52Ghz

You will need adequate cooling and the ability to increase voltages as you go. Not sure this board supports that, not much in the advanced section of the BIOS.

There is an AI Overclock Tuner that ASUS has provided, might give that a try.

you might notice my name is diffrent...i was confused so much that i've lost my password,ha-ha ;( sooo anyway...i hav found on the internet that i have to change only one option in bios to get more oveclock power..and i did get it..there were some option i had to change from auto to 666,333 i don't know exactly numbers but i know it was 6 and 3 multiple times,haah....i menaged to clock my p4 1.8 to 2.1 without any problem...i stoped there and i will proced overclocking it when i get new fans for my pc...CAN ANYONE PLEASE TELL ME GOOD STREES TEST PROGRAM AND A A PROGRAM THAT WILL TELL ME INSIDE TEMPERATURE FROM CPU AND GPU AND IF IT CAN RAM...(ROM IS NOT IMPORTANT)

Stress:
Prime95, Aida64 Extreme (30day trial), FurMark (somewhat dangerous for GPUs and power supplies), PCMark,

Monitoring:
CPU-Z, GPU-Z, MSI Afterburner(also GPU overclocking), Coretemp, Realtemp, Hardware Monitor, Speedfan and many others.
