Why this card has two different fan blade profiles? Any technical advantage or just for look and marketing? I don't know what card it is..

I believe the direction of the exhausting is different. I believe the one to the left is exhausting the air to the left (back of the PC) and the other one is to the right or directly away from the heatsink.

Yea the one on the right is pushing straight down getting air on the PCB, sucking away from the typical side-panel case fan. The one on the left does two things, blowing air out of the case beside the card, and pushing air up towards the I/O panel on the back where there is typically a fan to blow air out.

Hard to say if it helps any over other fan setups though.
