is zotac and gainward both perform same and
please also tell me that is Gainward NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti 1 GB GDDR5 and Gtx 750 1 gb ddr5 are same
and also tell me that if i buy this card can i play games for 3-4 years without lag at 720p resolution on low settings

-Both can perform.
-Both are not same. There is a architecture difference between these two cards. 750/750Ti actually replaces 650/650Ti.
-Playing at low settings, yes this card would do it but you must consider buying minimum 2GB VRAM card (means card must have minimum 2GB GDDR5 RAM)

i have decided to buy Gtx 750 1gb ddr5 because it consumes less power
and i understand your point of 2gb Vram but i don't have that budget because i have to buy GPU,PSU,1 TB HDD also
so i have decided to go for Gainward Gtx 750 1Gb ddr5 What is your opinion about this card

Sir, my point of view is very clear and thankfully you've realized that as well. My recommendation is not to purchase any card with 1GB VRAM as of this time, for your future requirements. Just wait, build on your budget and then grab the graphics card. Rest it is your choice.
