Help Building a PC

So, I'm gifting a PC to my nephew but I do not have a great amount of money. After browsing and reading I chose this and need your opinion.

Please Note: It is a very low budget PC and it's just for basic things and some gaming. If he ever use it to play I'll advise him to use low settings because of the Video Card.

Put in a better GPU by getting less memory, adding another 4GB for $40 is easier to do in future, but adding a $100 GPU will really be a big upgrade to this build, and unlikely too.

PS: That'd make this build a good medium-high gaming build :)
