Hey everyone. I'm new here and just completed a rebuild of my computer after it died in December. Almost everything is brand new except for my GPU and my hard drives. I put in the new MOBO, CPU, CPU Fan/Heatsink, RAM, and PSU and started it up and got no display. I've tried unplugging the GPU and plugging directly into the onboard graphics and still nothing. I've tried using different slots for my ram and have tried just 1 stick at a time and still nothing. I took everything out and reseated it all as well. I'm running out of ideas so any help would be greatly appreciated. This is what I have:

Motherboard - ASRock Z87 Pro4
CPU - Intel i5-4690k
CPU Fan - Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Memory - Kingston 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 CL9 DIMM (2x4GB)
GPU - Sapphire Radeon HD 6850 1GB
PSU - Rosewill 750W 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Power Supply CAPSTONE-750-M

Solution
Hi,

First off take the ram and gpu out. Then, if you have a pc speaker, you should hear beeps.

If not and everything is plugged in properly (all power to mobo: 24 pin + 4 or 8 pin) something is wrong with mobo, cpu or psu.

you might also want to try a cmos reset : (press on a button or remove the battery for a few minutes)
Good luck

Obviously you are getting a display if you can see the cmos on the monitor?
No display means the monitor isnt turning from red/yellow to green when you turn it on.
Also try the on board video before taking out mem and all that other stuff. Just take out the video card and see if the on board display shows up.
