Alrighty, so ive got 16gb of corsair red 1866 memory in my computer, i normaly leave it on auto in the bios but i got interested and set the default memory at 1866 (while it normal just runs on 1333), windows loads but as soon as i load the desktop all the programs that start up with windows crash including the amd vision cat. the other programs crashing is not a problem its the vision cait thats bad, when i click end this program, my computer instantly blue screens. My set up as is: asus sabbertooth 990fx, amd 8350 cpu,16gb corsair red 1866,corsair 1200w psu, HIS 7950 gpu.

Solution
it call attempt to overclocking the memory :).your may wanna try boot in safe mode first. then restart with hiting F8 choose best known advance configuration ans if its load properly Windows.you may need rise voltage for memory.i recommend reverse back the memory speed if you not sure what you are doing.:d
