Hello community,

as the title says. Which one of them would be the first choice considering that the GTX780 belongs to the current generation of GPU.
I haven't found a comparison of exactly those two cards, just of the reference designs which doesn't satisfy me yet.

Can anyone help or got experience with both cards?

are you using this for gaming... get a gtx980.... or a 780ti at a reduced price when/if they fall. if your doing non gaming compute, the 7990 pretty much murders anything and is just as fast as the 295x2

this doesnt mention the amd you talk about
but it shows benchmarks and states the 780ti is cooler and quieter than the amds
also im sure overclocked.net who ran the benchmark also do a benchmark of the 7990 model your looking for
ive been looking for a graphics card for about a month i nearly went for an amd 290x but found out the 780ti is quieter and cooler
so think im going for an asus ti or strix im still sifting through videos and benchmarks etc

I think that the 900 series has launched today and I believe that it falls somewhere between the 780 and the 780 Ti. :)
Yes from what i read the ones released are what you say maybe later on theyll release better but for now i think the ti is bestest
