Which do I choose?

I'm looking to upgrade my motherboard. I've already narrowed down to two, but i don't see much of a difference in choosing one or the other.

Current MB:
MSI Computer Corp. Motherboard Micro ATX DDR3 1333 LGA 1150 Motherboards B85M-P33

Upgrade to:
MSI ATX DDR3 2600 LGA 1150 Motherboards Z97 GAMING 5
Or
MSI ATX DDR3 2600 LGA 1150 Motherboards Z97 GAMING 7

Question: which do i choose?

MSI makes good budget motherboards.
I'm not saying that these are bad,but one from ASUS,like ASUS Maximus VII Hero or from Gigabyte,like Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD7-TH would be better choices.
But between those two,the Gaming 7 is better.
