Two hard drives with window 7 each and want to select on boot.

I have two hard drives with windows 7 in each. One hard drive is in use of my brother and the other is in use of me.

What should i do in bios, that when system boot, the respective owner of the drive can select his drive and start his work?

You don't. Hit the F12 key on boot and choose the drive you want.

If i do this, you mean system will be isolated from second drive?

No they wont be isolated. Each hard drive you boot from will be able to see the other.
