I recently got a new case to put my new mobo into and it came with a pre-installed PSU. I looked up the reviews on it because I planned on upgrading my video card and it seems the PSU isn't very great. Despite the review I decided to hook it and and just leave the GU out for now. It ran fine but a couple times a window came up saying something about surge protection was triggered. I rebooted and figured the BIOS was just being touchy. Now yesterday I was playin a game and my PC just shut down boom. It came back on but it wouldn't POST unless I restart it then I seemed fine. It has done this twice and now I'm scared to even turn it on.
Is it the PSU? Could it be my lack of standoffs? I'D rather not fry my baby lol any help is appreciated.
