I know it is a socket 1155, what is the best processor I can get running on it? And are there any software sources for allowing me to overclock the mother board, in fact what chipset is the motherboard?

That's an H67 motherboard with a i5-2320 cpu. So neither the motherboard or cpu allow overclocking. You could most likely install up to an I7 2700 cpu in there but I'm not certain.
