Need suggestions for new graphic card

I really need new graphic card because my is really bad, and I am not really in to this. Im thinking about nvidia GTX 550 Ti butt i dont know is it a good choice. I need something that will run games like GTA V (when it comes out :) ) at least on low settings. Budget is up to 80 euros (sorry dont know how much it is in dollars). Thanks for help in advance :) .

My hardware:
CPU: AMD FX 8350 Eight Core Black Edition Vishera
GPU: MSI NVidia GT 630 2 GB DDR3
Motherboard: ASUS M5A78L-M LX , Socket AM3+
RAM: Transcend 4GB DDR 3 1333 MHz + 2GB DDR3 G.SKILL 1333 MHz
HDD: 500 GB Sata II Seagate/WD
Power supply: blueberry psb520 520w

The prices in Europe are way higher than simple USD-to-Euro conversion. If you plan to buy second hand, make sure the card is not used for mining and is not too weared out. Try to get some sort of warranty with a written recipt too. I'm hopeful you'll get a R7 260X used in your budget :)

Im from Bosnia and im thinking to buy it second hand somwhere in my town because it is too expensive to buy it new here
