corsair 430m + r9 270, power issue?

Hi
I have a custom build with
Fx 6100
2 x 4gig ddr3 1866
Asus M5A97 LE R2.0
Corsair 430M
2 120mm fans
Arctic cooling freezer pro rev2
Currently have radeon hd7730

I want to upgrade to r9 270 but unsure if this Will work. I have added up and it seems to be under but wanted to see if anyone has an opinion on this

I have a AMD Athlon X4 760k with an R9 270 powered by a Rosewill RD-450 (A tier 5 PSU) and it works perfectly fine. Hasnt cut off once. A Corsair PSU that's only about 20 watts shy of a Tier 5 PSU shouldnt have problems running it either. But that FX 6100 may be more power hungry than the Athlon. That's something to look into.
