Need a small form factor VGA Card/Mobo

More specifically, I need something that fits into the Inwin H-Frame Mini. Also, it must support a max resolution of at least 5760x1080 (triple monitors). I prefer fanless, but it fitting is the key concern.Thanks in advance for any help rendered

Sorry, I forgot. But no, i'm building a dedicated gaming rig for my tv (aka a steambox). This is only for work so just the monitors and youtube/internet. I was thinking of going with the A10-7850k, but I'm not sure the APU can handle the resolution.

A cheap cpu pike a fx 6300 and matx board with a gtx 750ti maybe or 660 will do

I figured it out: AMD A10-7850k APU combo'd with the ASRock FM2A88X-ITX motherboard for quite literally everything I need.

Not seeing any video cards that really meet your requirements that will fit in there. Low profile and single slot is a tough combination. And most don't have the real estate to support three video outputs. The ones that do are a bit specialized.

This card exceeds the included power supply of the InWin case but can handle 4 monitors.

Only alternative is an Intel chip that supports 3 display outputs. Something like an i3-4160 since the power supply is rated for having a 65W CPU only.
