I don't understand how this is even possible or the cpu cooler is failing or the program is bugged.
The cpu is not oc'd or anything.

95c would almost melt my cpu right?

T-case for that processor is 72.7 *c, I would resocket and reapply thermal compound.

The fan on the cooler may be failing, or the thermal paste dried up.

The thing is I reapplied thermalpaste 1 month ago...

One thing I noticed that time was that one of those plastic push pins didn't make the click sound... but it felt like it was locked anyway... (I did this 3 times in a row and that one push pin still didn't made the clicking sound. Hope this is not causing the trouble xd

A loose cooler may also cause the problem. Check if it's firm or not.

You definitely need to get that 4th push pin to "click in"!

What program or application was running during the time that the 95* temp was recorded?
