Hi, I have a BenQ Xl2420Z monitor and I have using it to play games with a PS4. Everytime that I turned on the monitor the settings that were already saved were gone. It's like everytime that I turned off the monitor, it made a factory reset to itself. I want to know if it's a factory failure or if i'm doing anything wrong. I turn on the monitor, change the picture, audio and system settings and then click on save settings and select "Gamer1". It says: "Gamer1 setting saved". But when I turn off the monitor and then back on, it all comes back the way it was before. Please help me.
