i was planning to buy the R9 270 toxic but i saw that the card have some problems with some games (drivers)and i changed my mind and i choosed to take one asus 770 to record with shadowplay too so my question is just if my Corsair Vs650 can run all my rig with the asus 770 oC direct Cu II

Yes, it has the watts/amps needed to power a system like yours technically speaking. The questionable part is how long it will last, especially if you do any overclocking. It's made with some cheap capacitors to cut costs, and when it gets hot (full load) bad things can happen. Best case scenario, the PSU would die. Worse case scenario your PSU dies and takes other parts out with it.

I'm not trying to be all doom and gloom. Like I said, that psu has the stats and should power it. I'm just saying that I would have no problem running a VS on a basic system, but wouldn't run my high end system like the one you have on a psu full of cheap capacitors.
