have you over clocked these cards?

what models are they? dc2 twin fan cooler or the reference nvidia cooler?

if they are reference coolers, these temps seem normal. if they are dc2's, they seem a little high and i would guess you have some sort of an overclock or your case could use some more airflow.

otherwise, i would consider 24/7 gaming temps at 82c or below to be more than fine for the gk110s. though if you can get some cheap 120mm case fans to add some additional airflow to your case, that would be ideal. also play around with a custom fan profile with the cards and raise the fan speed a little.

at 83c, that card is likely throttling its core clocks and you want to stop this for consistent gameplay and core frequencies.

sounds about right one card at load after time is a bout 70c more or less 2 cards the one kinda block air flow and would run slightly hotter and take some heat from the first card so if this is full running during gaming it looks to be the norm [opinion]

i have the cosmos II case and i have 13 fans in it i have 2 dedicated 120 mm fans exhaust set up on top of the GPU to release hot air. i also have one exhaust at the back and intake in front and top of the case. i did set the fan curve on msi after burner hopefully that helps

Sounds right, the top card usually has restricted airflow because the lower card is so close, hence the higher temperatures.
You can try: Adding better/more front fans to the case to increase the incoming airflow.
Turning/disabling any side fans/s, sometimes they're better as intake, sometimes as exhaust, sometimes just turned off or even with their apertures blocked, depends on the graphics card cooler and intake (front) fan configuration.
If you have a 60Hz display/s turn Vsync on or otherwise limit the maximum framerate to 60FPS.

Your factory preset temp target is 82c on those cards, so that's exactly the temperature they self-regulate towards. They will increase/decrease their turbo boost clocks and fan speeds to sit right at that target temp. That's how Turbo Boost 2.0 works.
