So I am wanting to upgrade my graphics card, I currently have an Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 and wanted to get a GTX 760, but I also wanted to be sure that whatever card I bought I could run two monitors on extended view, since my current one can only do mirrored view double monitors. This card in the link above has the same plug setup as my current one, so I'm not sure if it would support double screens either.

Bonus question (stupid asker, stupid questions)-Can I just add on the second graphics card and run both? My motherboard http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0073JYZ48/ref=oh_aui_...

Yes it will support 2 monitors with extended desktop. The GTX 650 should also support it.

It doesn't, tried multiple methods... Asked people, looked around, I can't find anything. Best it will do is mirror.

The card will support upto 4 monitors
Try
a) download the latest drivers
b) Download Nvidia Control Panel/Nvidia Display Control Panel - this will allow you to setup multiple monitor configurations easier

The card has ann HDMi port, DVI D, and DVI I ports. I am currently hooking my monitor up to the DVI I port with a DVI I-VGA adapter, and DVI D to VGA won't work (correct?) and I don't have an HDMI cable or even a monitor that takes one. Both monitors are VGA only. Tried a DVI I to VGA splitter as well and got only mirror view on each monitor. Googled the issue and found many other forum posts with the same problem.

A vga or dvi splitter will only display the same image it not a problem it's normal. If you have 2 vga only monitors a GTX 760 isn't going to fix the problem as both cards are only capable of using 1 analog display on the dvi-i port. The Hdmi, dvi-d and displayport don't support an analog signal. You would need a converter to go from a digital signal to an analog signal. You can get a converter for ~$25 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168.... That converter will need to use a usb port for power.

Thanks, from what I understand, in order to get my two VGA monitors to do double extended screen on either card I need a converter like the one that you linked.Correct?
