CPU: Intel Pentium G3258
Motherboard: Any cheap H81 motherboard
Ram: 1x4GB DDR3, try to aim for 1600mhz and above
Storage: 1TB SATA HDD
Power supply: Good quality PSU around 550W.
Case: Any midtower or micro atx case. Try to look at the inside of the case before you buy it to see if it has slots where you can hide your cables for good cable management.
OS: Win 8.1

i have a 670 at 2GB and i used to get around 190-210fps on cs:go with textures on high, that was with these specs which are pretty budget in my opinion:

AMD FX-4130
Mushkin Redline 8GB 1866MHz (2x4GB)
Asus M5A97 R2.0
Western Digital Blue Caviar 1TB 7200rpm
Corsair CX600M

although now to get full potential out of my card i upgraded to an FX-8350 and water cooled it with a Cooler Master Seidon (which is probably the most budget water cooling loop and my temps are great)

******(i got my RAM cheaper at a local trade shop, so don't expect to find this exact pair of memory, i recommend: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600 Mhz CL9 XMP. you really can't go wrong with it tbh)*******
