My MAC MINI is the model 10.8.3 which has an 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5 processor, 10 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 of memory, and Intel HD Graphics 4000 768 MB for graphics. I will most likely use Bootcamp to download the game.

Not really - the Intel HD 4000 is the same as what I use on my laptop and I can average about 14 FPS on 1080p with the graphics set to low. Of course, I can manage close to 30 FPS until a few NPCs or enemies show up (but that is still with low graphics and minimum view distance) :(

What resolution do you plan to run this at? I can quickly lower the resolution on my laptop and try it out if you aren't going to be running at 1920 x 1080.

Mason's link is very good.

I did discover that with the more recent updates (the last time I tried playing on my laptop was a year ago) it is possible to play on Skyrim on low at 1920 x 1080 with the Intel 4000, but the fan speed on my laptop goes up to 90% doing it. You should try out Skyrim under OS X (using James Mason's link) and see what it can do. The OS overhead will probably be less under OS X than under Windows and you won't have to reboot your computer.
