best software to increase volume?

there's a program called sharp keys if you don't have media buttons on your keyboard. Look through it hard enough, just about any function under the sun is in that program.

Whats the ultimate purpose of this question, to make it 1. louder or more 2. convenient than stock Windows allows?
Because 1 is a hardware problem, not software, and 2. I dont think is possible with the exception of introducing media keys.

Yup, its a hardware problem.
If your speakers have a headphone jack in them, trying plugging into that (I'm assuming they draw power from the wall here). If they dont, you need a headphone amp if you want your headphones to go any louder.
The Asus Xonar DGX is a $30 or so sound card that will do what your after.

Fiio has cheaper headphone amps. Look them up. Thats what im using at the moment. Im guessing you have an asrock board
