Heres My Gaming PC Build - Tips?

Solution
You have got a very nice build a 120 gb SSD would be great if you have no hurry for the system then i would recommend you to wait for a few days the gtx 970 is going to be released in mid September most probably 19th.
the Cooler is excellent stick with it and change the PSu to a EVGA G2 750 watt .

Go with DDR3-1600mhz RAM, get a Seagate Baracudda HDD instead, if there's a cheaper Antec, XFX or Seasonic PSU get that and definitely get a cheaper keyboard like a Microsoft Sidewinder X4. Spending more than $50 on a keyboard is a big waste of money. Only reason why you would is for aesthetics. If you want more performance then get a cheaper keyboard (and mouse) and invest in a better GPU like R9 285, R9 290 or GTX 780.

Alternatively you can invest in a Samsung 840 EVO 120/250GB SSD.

How much are you planning on ocing? Unless you plan to go past around 4.4 ghz there is literally no point in getting the noctua cooler. There's probably some stuff you could change in order to get a better gpu like the 780 you know.

I changed the CPU cooler, ram, PSU and HDD to cheaper ones without a significant performance drop if any at all, and with the left over money I put a better GPU in.

r9 285 is weaker than gtx 770 its also weaker than r9 280 its only power efficient.
