I was looking (tbh, I still looking for a laptop for video editing) and I found this one with this specs:

Inspiron 15r M531 Quad Proccesor
AMD Quad Core A8 5545 1.7GHz
ATI (I thinks is Radeon) 768MB

Is that great for video editing? (No video game)

Well... no
And neither is any laptop you are going to find at the (stab in the dark estimate here) $500 pricepoint.

Its got a weak as CPU and the GPU doesn't matter in this case. I'm guessing it also has about 4GB of RAM, which will disappear quickly when editing.

Quite simply, if you want anything that could be described as "good" at video editing you need to be spending a fair bit more. Unless your literally talking pasting short clips together in Premiere, it will struggle.

1. Video Editing is one of the few tasks that hist every PC subsystem ..... ya want a fast CPU, more RAM and more of it, fast storage subsystem and fast GFX

2. Ya want CUDA
