You use the fan in a push configuration most of the time to push towards the rear exhaust.

You want it to be blowing air into the heatsink fins, allowing it to exhaust to the back of the case.

Same direction ... dont want them fighting each other

I don't think he means a 2nd fan on cooler but the rear case fan .... I could be wrong .... but my wife isn't here so I have a shot at being right

Standard for hyper 212 is just one fan in push. If you feel/find that isn't enough cooling, you have the option of adding another.

As sr 81 said can i set the fan in such a way that i faces th rear exhaust fan and i install two fans on the cooler with 1 st push and second pull form the right like this
