You are just wasting electricity and time by using a 670 as a physx card. Your new 780 is more than capable of running games on really high settings unassisted. So just yank out the 670 and put it on ebay or craigslist. It's still worth something.

If you feel you NEED a physX card, get something low powered like a GTX 650, but honestly that's overkill.

so what upgrade's do you recommend to this computer i built

Amd Fx 8350 black edition @ 4.0ghz stock
Gigabyte 990fxa-ud3
Corsair 16gb ddr3 ram 1333mhz
Evga Nvidia gtx 780
Xfx 850 watt psu
120gb cruical ssd
7 fans
Blu ray burner
Soundblaster zxr soundcard

or should i leave it as it is or maybe go intel and buy a new motherboard what do you think ?

Leave it as it sits. You'll be fine for a good long while.

Dead Rising 3 averages better framerates on an i3 than on an FX-8350, and better still on a Sandy Bridge (or newer) i5, just like Thief, AC4, and many of the newer games. I'd say going to Intel would be a wise decision.
