Alt Key Stuck,Pls Help :(

Hi everyone,im experiencing this for almost 2 months,and it doesnt allows me to play game,my keyboard just keeps pressing alt by itself,i need to use a program to disable alt so i can type,but i still cant play and i really use the alt key a lot in games.
I've already searched a lot but I dont find a solution :(
If someone knows how to fix this,pls help me :(

google "how to disassemble {insert model of your laptop here}" and it's likely that you'll find some sort of instruction set with pictures on how to disassemble. All you need to do is remove the keyboard and clean it off, making sure there's nothing on it.
