I has Windows Vista on my computer. I decided to install Windows 7--then changed my mind and went back to Windows Vista. I would like to go back to Windows 7 without having to buy another product key? It is still on my computer. If I uninstall Vista will it come back? Just wondering?
Thank you.

Well if you used the key for 7 on the same system you want to re-install it onto you shouldn't have a problem. The key is activated and tied to that particular set of hardware (namely the mb and cpu serial numbers.) Format the drive and re-install 7 as you normally would. Shouldn't be a problem. Once 7 is activated and paired with your hardware you can re-activate it as much as you like, assuming you don't change the MB.

Good Luck.
