Hey guys I have noticed that recently my Xbox One is showing a strict NAT.
We live in a two story house with an attic conversion which is where the xbox and my PC are located. My PC seems to be running fine, but my Xbox seems to running into trouble and showing a strict NAT even after port forwarding on both routers.
In the living room we have a Virgin Media Superhub 2 that doesn't stretch a wifi signal to the attic. I purchased a TP-LINK TL-WR841N to act as a WiFi repeater and also additional Ethernet ports for the smart TV, Xbox one, Xbox 360 and PC.
My settings show that the LAN has it's own IP of 192.168.1.1, while the virgin media superhubs ip is 192.168.0.1.
I have been reading online and have tried to create a DMZ for the TP link router, however I cannot enter the IP 192.168.1.1 because the settings only shows "192.168.0.xxxx" (x's are blank).
I'm having real trouble finding the issue of my NAT problem here and was wondering if you guys could help me with my settings?
The WAN is registered as 192.168.0.2 and shows up in the superhub device list but I can't access anything that has gone through the router.
I'm not sure if it's relevant as I don't understand a great deal with networking, but upnp is enabled on both routers.
Thanks for reading guys, I'm tearing my hair out!
