As soon as I boot my computer I am
Almost immediately sent to this blue recovery screen, error code: 0xc000000d ( the boot configuration data file is missing some required information ) it also says press Esc for some menu options but I get no response. I have purchased recovery discs from acer store and now I don't know what else to do, with the disc I need inserted I still get no resoponse. I also get no response when I push boot keys like f12 or f8 or any combination at any point when I boot the system. Please help
