Well i bought a gtx 660 sc and i notice its at 85c on 45% fan speed so i've decided to underclock to the normal gtx 660 clock speeds is that ok?Does Underclocking damage the card?I am not going to play with voltages?and is it safe to increase gpu fan speed and will it effect the gpu's fan lifespan

Why?

85c isn't that high, that's why the fan is only on 45%.

Setup a new fan profile if you're not happy with the temperatures, I wouldn't be sacrificing overclock performance for it.
