So i have a Asus P8H61-M LX3 PLUS R2.0 motherboard
it has 4 SATA connector in it.
so this is my connection in SATA
SATA 1: Kingston SSD 120gb
SATA 2: Samsung internal DVD drive
SATA 3: Toshiba 1tb HDD
SATA 4: Seagate 500gb hdd

but i cant find my Seagate 500gb hdd on BIOS
it say SATA4 not connected.

i tried to:

1. swap it the connectors SATA3 and SATA4
result: only SATA 3 with Seagate 500gb is detected, (SATA4 not detected)

2. disconnect SATA3, and connect SATA 4 with Seagate hdd
result: SATA4 is detected with seagate hdd (so no problem on sata4 port)

3. Swap the SATA cable and use toshiba hdd and connect it to SATA4 (no SATA 3)
result: SATA 4 is detected in BIOS ( so i think no problem on sata cable)

4. I tried also swapping sata power supply connector and its working.

only when i connect the 2 hdd in sata3 and sata4 in motherboard one of them
bios cannot detect it.

So is it a motherboard is limited on connecting SATA devices?

My Computer Specification:
Motherboard: ASUS P8H61-M LX3 PLUS R2.0
CPU: intel pentium gt2010
Memory: dual channel kingston 8gb memory
VGA: MSI 2gb gddr3 GT430 card
Power Supply: 600wts

Thanks and Advance!
