So i bought a oem dc7800 sff desktop for a whopping 40$ and i decide to throw my old lovely 9500gt (really love it!) in. It had a core 2 duo 2.2gh e4500 in it and for some reason, i am getting bottle necks 
. For example COD WAW lowest settings reaching 35-40 fps and with max resolution and mac settings still 35-40 fps ( 1280 x 1024 old monitor).
Also happens for other games such as heros of newerth, battlefield 3 (untill i really up the graphics fps drops) and dirt 2/3. Could it be just the oem mobo? It has a x16 pci whcih should be plenty of bandwidth. I also have 4gb of ram.
