I built my 2nd computer 2 days ago and it runs great. But everytime I try to install a driver dvd for my motherboard the computer restarts and when it does windows 8 will pop up and say its trying to auto repair. when the auto repair fails windows 8 gives me 3 options turn off pc, troubleshoot, or restart. the only way to fix this is to troubleshoot and reset the pc which takes 2 hours. I really need the mobo driver so my wifi card will work. I cant download it online because i cant install mobo driver im really frustrated and desperate for help.

Solution
Windows 8/8.1 suck when it comes to desktops and drivers. I've had nothing but problems with it in the past. If you have a copy of Windows 7, I would use it and install all the mobo drivers and if you feel like installing Windows 8 again then do it then.
