R9 280 or GTX 760

Alright, So would an R9 280 (non x) be better than a GTX 760? The GTX 760 is a 2gb card, vs the r9 280 would be a 3gb card... Which would better.. and for longer term, what would be better with dual cards..? (SLI and Crossfire etc)

The reason why I ask this thread, is because I have the opportunity to swap these exact cards, currently I have the Nvidia, But I would like to know that I'm going into the better and not the worse.

Another note: I'm only using one monitor at 1080p

The R9 280 is better

Check out the benchmarks, the R9 280 beats it!

r9 280 smashes it not bad but its a better card if same price get amd but if 760 is less then get that but 2gb vram is lwer than 3 gb vram i think
