For the past 2 days I have been walking in to lag spikes, choppy frames (even though console tells me it's at 60 fps) across pretty much all games I play at the moment (L4D2,TF2,DoW2,Dota 2,etc).
Some games just feel choppy and a bit unresponsive to my commands like, move forward or turning around, and other games tend to freeze up every 20~ seconds, and it has been only getting worse ever since.
I tried looking for viruses but none were found, checked the RAM for errors and nothing found either.
No HDD errors either, downloaded all Windows updates (1) and cleaned the registry with ASC.
I have also tried to verify the integrity caches of the game but no errors were found there either.
Anyone have any idea how I can fix this rare problem?
