Vic 40 :
Try to remove the gpu drivers with this in safe mode (it will ask anyway),
http://www.guru3d.com/files_details/display_driver_uninstaller_download.html
after that get the latest driverss for your o.s.,
http://www.geforce.com/drivers
Does it btw do this in both windows installations?
Can you make a system spec list,
Download the next program,
http://www.hwinfo.com/download32.html
open it,click run, close the top window which is the system summary, click save report at the left top,in the next window at the bottom check=dot "short text report" after that next, you'll get to see what is in your pc,copy that by clicking "copy to clipboard" and right click and paste in you next post.
I'd like to see because you've got a strange amount of ram and mixing ram can also give problems.
Alright, for one, thank you for replying. for two, i have used the Guru3d Uninstaller before.... and i never noticed the drop down box to select Nvidia lol. i did that, however i still have the issue. but i noticed it fixed some rendering errors in games, so thank you for telling me to try again with that.
It doesn't really do it so much to the Non Gaming Windows 7 Installation, however it still does it from time to time but only when i do a lot of stuff like videos and such, otherwise its not there. I noticed it does it more in games, so definitely on the Gaming Windows 7 Installation. I have done as you asked and used the program you linked me too, and to be honest i use Speccy, and this program you linked works much better and gives much more information so thank you for letting me know of that program as well. below is the Documention you asked for.

Now before i got a chance to get the info, my girlfriend found something out, if you go into msconfig, you can go to the boot tab and select "advanced options". It may be fixed if you check the box that says "number of processors" and select how may cores you have. Mine and my Girlfriends were unchecked and was set to 1, and we have a quad core, after i did that on mine it seems to have reduced the problem a great deal, along with fixing majority of the slow downs in certain parts in a few games i have. however after awhile the mouse problem continues.
I forgot to mention the mouse is a wireless mouse. i have tried a few wireless mouses with the same issues. I used to have an old Mouse that was wired that came with my old Build which was USB, but it was so long ago i dont remember if it worked or not, however on the 10th i will be getting a new USB wired mouse. And as i said it never happened before with my old Graphics card, only started with my new one. so that's why i believe it has something to do with that. I also noticed that in safe mode it wasnt doing it all, but then again i couldn't load any game up. I'm Generally really good with Computers, its just my first time actually upgrading my Graphics Card to a new one, so i don have another quick question.
What would be the best way to uninstall the old driver with Guru3d, and reinstall the Driver? should i Take out the Graphics card then uninstall it? what would be the best possible route with that? Expescially Since i have a Dual Boot System.
Anyway i am happy you decided to help me, and will be looking forward to your reply on this little problem i am having. Im sorry for the long Reply but more info the better, i hope.... Anyway thank you again. Have a great day sir!
UPDATE: I just saw that a new driver just went up so i tried uninstalling the old driver using Guru3D and i noticed after it was uninstalled and i restarted the PC to install the new update, the mouse kinda lagged for a split second while it was extracting the Driver. It also happened after i took the Nano Receiver out of the back of the PC and put it in the front of it as i read that it could get interference in the back. Thought i should update it after i noticed it.
