Hello, everyone, i have need of some assistance due to looking online and trying to fiddle around with my settings. First before i get to the Problem, i shall show you my specifications on my Desktop PC. Side note: i have two 1TB hard Drives each with Windows 7 Ultimate on each of them, one hard drive is for working while the other is for pure gaming bliss. Its a dual-boot. Its a Custom Rig.

Specifications:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit Service Pack 1
CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 640 (3.00GHz per Core)
RAM: 10GB Dual Channel DDR3 @666MHz
Motherboard: HP-Alvorix-RS880-uATX
GPU: EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 2GB

Problem:
My mouse cursor will freeze for a split second up to 2 seconds, randomly, sometimes it'll do it, sometimes it wont. And sometimes when i move the mouse it kinda disappears for a second and reappears. Whenever it does these its usually when i move the cursor from one side of the screen to the other, but it does it when i move about 2 inches in a direction, but rarely. It also ignores left clicks and really acts up when im in a game, almost every game i play. It gets a bit aggravating. On a side note, this only started happening after i got a new Graphics card. My old Graphics Card was a Zotac Nvidia Geforce GT430 1GB. My new one is in the Specifications mentioned above.

Any help on this would be very appreciative, as i know this is a well known site with a lot of well answered questions, with a nice and hearty community. Thank you for your help.

For a complete driver wipe do you need to boot in each os and start the driver uninstaller.it will ask to restart in safe mode,do so,after that mark nvidia to be cleaned from and start the removal.Restart again when done and install the latest driver in each os.First best thing imo is to wipe the drivers in both windows installations before reinstalling.
You don't need to take the gpu out for this.In safe mode will the nvidia drivers not be used.It...

Try to remove the gpu drivers with this in safe mode (it will ask anyway),
http://www.guru3d.com/files_details/display_driver_uninstaller_download.html
after that get the latest driverss for your o.s.,
http://www.geforce.com/drivers

Does it btw do this in both windows installations?

Can you make a system spec list,

Download the next program,
http://www.hwinfo.com/download32.html
open it,click run, close the top window which is the system summary, click save report at the left top,in the next window at the bottom check=dot "short text report" after that next, you'll get to see what is in your pc,copy that by clicking "copy to clipboard" and right click and paste in you next post.

I'd like to see because you've got a strange amount of ram and mixing ram can also give problems.

Alright, for one, thank you for replying. for two, i have used the Guru3d Uninstaller before.... and i never noticed the drop down box to select Nvidia lol. i did that, however i still have the issue. but i noticed it fixed some rendering errors in games, so thank you for telling me to try again with that.
It doesn't really do it so much to the Non Gaming Windows 7 Installation, however it still does it from time to time but only when i do a lot of stuff like videos and such, otherwise its not there. I noticed it does it more in games, so definitely on the Gaming Windows 7 Installation. I have done as you asked and used the program you linked me too, and to be honest i use Speccy, and this program you linked works much better and gives much more information so thank you for letting me know of that program as well. below is the Documention you asked for.

Now before i got a chance to get the info, my girlfriend found something out, if you go into msconfig, you can go to the boot tab and select "advanced options". It may be fixed if you check the box that says "number of processors" and select how may cores you have. Mine and my Girlfriends were unchecked and was set to 1, and we have a quad core, after i did that on mine it seems to have reduced the problem a great deal, along with fixing majority of the slow downs in certain parts in a few games i have. however after awhile the mouse problem continues.
I forgot to mention the mouse is a wireless mouse. i have tried a few wireless mouses with the same issues. I used to have an old Mouse that was wired that came with my old Build which was USB, but it was so long ago i dont remember if it worked or not, however on the 10th i will be getting a new USB wired mouse. And as i said it never happened before with my old Graphics card, only started with my new one. so that's why i believe it has something to do with that. I also noticed that in safe mode it wasnt doing it all, but then again i couldn't load any game up. I'm Generally really good with Computers, its just my first time actually upgrading my Graphics Card to a new one, so i don have another quick question.

What would be the best way to uninstall the old driver with Guru3d, and reinstall the Driver? should i Take out the Graphics card then uninstall it? what would be the best possible route with that? Expescially Since i have a Dual Boot System.

Anyway i am happy you decided to help me, and will be looking forward to your reply on this little problem i am having. Im sorry for the long Reply but more info the better, i hope.... Anyway thank you again. Have a great day sir!

UPDATE: I just saw that a new driver just went up so i tried uninstalling the old driver using Guru3D and i noticed after it was uninstalled and i restarted the PC to install the new update, the mouse kinda lagged for a split second while it was extracting the Driver. It also happened after i took the Nano Receiver out of the back of the PC and put it in the front of it as i read that it could get interference in the back. Thought i should update it after i noticed it.

Alright, I'll do that when I can get to my PC. The hynix RAM was the original ram that came with it. The other 2 are what I added, could I try keeping the hynix in and taking out the other as a test as well? What else could I do to troubleshoot if what you said to try doesn't work? I'm just trying to have all bases covered just in case I can't get on right away, had a long night, and I'm exhausted lol just want to sleep. What about the other question I asked? I was wondering your opinion on those as well. Thank you :)

Alright so i tried it again, after doing what you asked, and it worked, so i thought i should take out the ram and put the Hynix in, and it still worked fine. i decided to show my girlfriend the program you showed me, and l noticed where my other 2 sticks of ram went, all hynix. so now i have 4 sticks up to 10GB and so far from what i tested so far, it seems to be working, however i havent done it for long enough, so i shall keep you updated if it happens again. The New specs for it are below, please look at them and let me know if it looks good. Thank you again sir :)

Also if i may ask, What would be the best way to uninstall the old driver with Guru3d, and reinstall the Driver? should i Take out the Graphics card then uninstall it? what would be the best possible route with that? Expescially Since i have a Dual Boot System. For future reference?

Thank you again and ill update this thread accordingly to what happens in the future.

You don't need to take the gpu out for this.In safe mode will the nvidia drivers not be used.It will run on the windows "baked in" drivers.

If the ram works with all those hynix in and you have no problems is that fine.As long as you don't encounter those stutters should you be fine. With the mixed ram 4gb+3x2gb will it possibly run in single channel. This might give a performance penalty.
You could open he program again and look in the top window=the system summary,at the right lower half you will find info about the ram among which will be displayed if it runs in single channel.
