Need assistance on settings for streaming!

I'm looking to stream league of legends. Doesn't matter the quality as long as its watchable.
CPU: AMD A8-5500 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics
GPU: GeForce GTX 660 Ti
Memory: 14 GB RAM
Resolution: 1920x1080
These are my computer specs. Below is my speed test.

Not sure on how well the A8 will take it, but the rest of your components look like they're fine for streaming full HD.

Do you know what I would set my internet speeds for the streaming? Or some settings?

IIRC the recommendation is your highest consistent upload speed minus ten percent for upload speeds. As for settings, that varies wildly depending on what software you're using and what exactly you plan on doing, and you'd probably be better off served asking around on one of the major streaming services or asking other streamers.
