my samsung laptop hard drive, how can i install bootmgr to this

If you see "boot manager is missing" when trying to install Windows, it means your laptop is not booting from the DVD. It's still trying to boot from the hard drive, and you'll never get Windows installed while it's doing that.
You need to set the CD/DVD drive as the first boot device in BIOS Setup, or select CD/DVD drive from the Boot Options Menu which is usually accessed by pressing and holding F12 or F11 as soon as you power on.
Your laptop will then boot from the Windows installation DVD.
