Gigabyte MB, no boot, Phase LEDs all are ON (4 LEDs)

I have Gigabyte MB (GA-EP35-DS3L). It was working fine, suddenly from about 4 days, the screen become black, tried to reset, power off then on, still nothing come out. No boot screen or beep. I opened the case, i found that the 4 phase LEDs are always ON, and the CPU fan is working . I tried to swap, remove, and relocate the 2 memory module but still the same. Searched in toms hardware for this problem, and found that one of the solution is to disconnect every thing only keep one memory and the cpu. Tried this also no error beeps appear. I disconnect the front audio and USBs, the HDD, the VGA card, the Modem card, and the DVD drive, nothing chaned. Plz help.
