This is my first time trying to build a PC so I'm trying to aim for something that sits around $400 mark and works well for gaming. Its going to be used mainly for world of warcraft. So far I've come up with this:

Solution
This has a far more capable graphics card. If you were to find some extra money to spend I would get a better power supply and cpu cooler and probably a nicer case. You can get a fairly good overclock just using the cooler that ships with the cpu though
