windows 8.1 compatibility

I recently upgrade my windows from 7 to 8.1 and when i install the lucid after restarting the windows my windows does not boot and when i repair the windows it boots and display driver is removed and lucid is disabled i tried 3 to 4 times any suggestion please

Lucid Virtu MPV sucks. The 2.0 version sucks just as bad as previous versions and it still has problems in Windows 8.1. If you insist on using it you'll need to use the most recent version which is here. Earlier versions will not work with windows 8.1:
