Hi, I need help on my 3DS wifi.
I've to share the story from the start to give a clearer picture.
It started when I upgraded my internet from 100mbps to 1Gbps. The technician changed my router to ASUS N56U to support the 1Gbps. At that time, all my devices (PC, laptop, mobiles, 3DS) are able to connect to the internet but suffer symptoms of heavy lag and page not found. The router had to be rebooted every 30mins to get back the stability. We suspected it's the router problem.
The technician came and replaced the router to a new set. He also touched the PC and adjust some things with the router. My PC, laptop and mobiles still suffer the same symptoms after he left. However, there's a new problem. Only both of my 3DS can't even connect (establish connection) to the internet.
The 3DS is able to locate the access point. I used the same pass key as the one I used for the wireless mobile. However, it could not connect to my access point. I suspected that the technician had configured something and accidentally made it unable to connect to my 3DS. However, other wireless mobile are able to connect. It's both of my 3DS. My PS3 isn't able to establish to the wireless too. So I'm heavily suspecting it's the setting.
How do I go about to fix this?
I typed my IP in the web address and log into the router. However, I don't understand any of the options there. The error code is: 003-1101.
