I need help on disk cloning...

I'm upgrading my 500 GB WD HDD to a new 1TB Seagate Hybrid Drive (SSHD).

1. What free cloning software is the best? My old drive has 2 partitions. I need a software that can simultaneously clone both the partitions.

2. Do I need to format my new Seagate SSHD first before doing the cloning?

I use Marcirum Reflect. There are other Free software as well like EASEUS Partition Manager and Pargon Partition master. They all can clone a drive and then you can resize expand the partitions (Will copy it over as a 500 GB) but i think one of the software programs allow you to change the size of the partition as you clone it.
