XEON E3-1230V3/QUAD/3.3/8M/B0X
CM HYPER 212 EVO
2X4G DDR3 1600G ADATA XPG CL9
1T SG SATA 6G/7200/64 /3Y WARR

CM N500 BLACK/USB3 X 2 /NO PSU

For $1200? NO, you can get a better CPU, MoBo, GPU, SSD, PSU and case (as in my build) for the same price.
You can cut on the blu ray reader to get a regular DVD writer and use that money to get the cooler (but this being a non-OC build, the Intel stock cooler will be fine IMO).
