I need help with my build give me your thoughts on the build I will add 50 euros max to the build.

Build:

CPU: I7-4790k
GPU: MSI Geforce GTX 770 OC 2GB
RAM: 2x4 GB Corsair Vengeance
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-Z97-HD3, Z97
PSU: Seasonic S12II-620 620W
HDD: 1tb 7200RPM
CASE: Cooler Master 370

The only problem with that is that most of the R9 290 in my price range have lots of overheating issues

What's wrong with the Gigabyte? It's a great R9 290. Where have you heard that it overheats?

If it is used for gaming I would take a i5 4690K, and then get a 780 or an AMD equivalent. Also think about getting a SSD. Just my thoughts of course. ;)

I have heard that any R9 290 without windforce overheat but sure I could go with that
