I have optimized it to its maximum performance but I'm getting really bad scores. Any help?

Seems pretty low. I just tried it myself on my 250GB 840 EVO (Read/Write)
Test one ran and got:
541/139 then updated firmware
354/533 then did performance optimization
544/534 this last score looks awesome. So had to run again 5 min later
546/518. So it was repeatable.

Did you run the test again?

Okay, so the problem was I didn't connect it to a 6GB SATA port, then I reran the test and I got much better results, except the fact that my Read and Write speed seems slow.

EDIT:

I did the benchmark again with nothing running.

Looks normal to me. SATA III vs SATA II should not be much difference and in real world, no difference. However, theoretically SATA III is faster.
