Which build out of these three?

Solution
I'd go with the H97 build as it allows upgrading to Broadwell in the future. Don't get a k-series i7 in the future though, those are meant for overclocking.

If you're possibly going to upgrade to a K cpu, then get a Z97 MB now(will be able to take advantage of the unlocked cpu)

@ ZeusGamer Yeah,I thought of going with the FX-8350 at the first place since I already have an AM3+ mobo, but I thought why not get a similar performance i5 and upgrade to an i7 in the future.
@drkatz42 I really want to save money everywhere I can, that's why I went with the H97 mobo in the Mid-Tower build. And I don't want to OC the CPU,I find that unnecessary sometimes. :)
As you can both see,the only things that change in all of the builds are the mobo and the case.
I just wanna know which build is the best.The H97 one,or the Mini-ITX one.And if it's the Mini-ITX,should I go with the Gigabyte B85N or MSI H81I?

Oh,great,thanks a lot.
I just have one more question.
I want a 60 or 64 GB SSD,and I have found two of them on amazon.
http://www.amazon.com/Transcend-Information-2-5-Inch-Solid-TS64GSSD340/dp/B00HF8A30M/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1410033098&sr=8-1&keywords=Transcend+SSD340+64GB
OR

Which one would be better? Any other SSDs at that price range that are maybe better? Maybe a 120GB SSD for $50? :p

Wow,sir, you impress me.I would never be able to find that. :p
One more question(sorry :) )
Can I use a Thermaltake Smart SE 630W with the 280X?
I have that PSU and I would want to save as much money as I can.
Is it going to be enough(it has 49A on +12V rail,80+ Bronze,2x6+2 pin connectors..)
