The cooler supports Core 2 X socket (LGA775) and AMD AM2/+ socket, while i5 3570k is LGA1155, so it won't fit.

Nope, the only supported intel socket is LGA 775. That 3570k is LGA 1155 and the space between the mounting holes is different for each socket. So no, it won't fit.
