Which system is better?

CPU: AMD FX-8320 8-Core 3.5GHz
GPU: AMD Radeon R9 270
RAM: 16GB
B)
MB: Gigabyte GA-Z87P-D3
CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 4-Core 3.4GHz
GPU: AMD Radeon R7 260X
RAM: 8GB
I am going to use my pc mostly for WoW raiding, Diablo 3 RoS, Far Cry 3, Payday 2 and Borderlands 2/3.
Which one is the better choice?

in fps fx 8320 slightly lags behimd i5 4670k.you can easily overclock i5 to gain more and more fps.... if you want fx, then it would also b great... another suggestion is to lower ram from 16 to 8gb and get a nice gpu -

Are you sure? To me it seems that the first spec is better (Granted I am a major pleb when it comes to specs)? I thought that the gpu and cpu of the first spec were better.
